On Sunday I baked a delicious apple pie with Minouche. Totally organic, with nuts and delicious sour apples. The whole house still smells sweet and delicious. And of course we talked the whole time. Delicious dessert

Radijs uit eigen tuin, als eieren zo groot. Ik maakte er een heerlijke salade van, met citroen, feta, munt, olijfolie, peper en zout. Radishes from our garden, as large as eggs. I made a delicious salad, with lemon, feta, mint, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Scarf start

It’s not freezing yet, so I still have time to make my scarf. I’m not really good at knitting – certainly not as good as my mom and sister – but I find it pretty relaxing to do.

Mexican evening

Basil Update

A while ago I planted some basil seeds. I must have some green fingers, because this is what it looks like at the moment. In a few weeks I can cook with my own homegrown basil; maybe lasagna?
