One of my favourite and most easiest dishes to prepare; salmon with avocado and pasta. Don’t you just love the avocado green?
- Sprinkle some salt, pepper, olive oil and garlic on the salmon steaks. Grill the steaks for five minutes or put them in the oven (220c) for twenty minutes.
- For the sauce: Put one onion, a hand full of fresh chives, two avocado’s, a cup of sour cream/creme fresh, a few drops lemon juice, garlic, pepper and salt together in to a mixer.
- Put the avocado sauce on a portion of pasta. Put the steaks on top off the sauce and decorate with little peaces of chives.
